He/she should not be receiving financial assistance from the Indian government's Post Matric Scholarship for SC/ST students and other government central and state scholarship schemes.

He/she should not be a government/non-government employee.

He/she should not be a repeater in the same class more than once.

🚀 Application Process

Offline

Step 1: The applicant should visit and request the hard copy of the prescribed format of the application form from the colleges/institutes in which they are studying. The students studying in an institution outside the state may collect the forms from the Office of the D.H.T.E. (Directorate of Higher and Technical Education).

The interested applicant should take print of the prescribed format of the application form.

Step 2: In the application form, fill in all the mandatory fields and attach copies of all the mandatory documents (self-attest, if required).

Step 3: Submit the duly filled and signed application form along with the documents to the Head of Institution where he/she is pursuing studies.

Step 4: Request a receipt or acknowledgement from the concerned authority to whom the application has been submitted. Ensure that the receipt contains essential details such as the date and time of submission, and a unique identification number (if applicable).
