Under this scheme, students studying Sanskrit at various levels will receive scholarships as follows:

✅ Eligibility Criteria

The applicant should be a native of Madhya Pradesh.

The applicant should be a student.

The students studying Sanskrit at various levels—Post Graduate (M.A. Classic), Acharya, Graduate (B.A. Classic), Shastri, Uttar Madhyama, Purva Madhyama, and Prathama—in any government or aided non-government college.

The annual family income of the applicant's parents or guardians should not exceed ₹54,000/-.

The applicant's Academic Qualifications should be one of the following:

Post Graduate: 50% marks in degree examination.

Acharya: 50% marks in Shastri or equivalent examination.

Graduate: 50% marks in 10+2 or equivalent examination.

Shastri: 45% marks in Purva Madhyama.

Uttar Madhyama: 45% marks in Prathma or equivalent.

Purva Madhyama: On the basis of merit in the 5th examination.

Offline

Advertisement Issuance: The Directorate of Higher Education issues the advertisement for the scheme.

Application Scrutiny: The applications received are scrutinized, and applicants are selected within the prescribed quota limit.

Approval and Disbursement: With the approval of the Commissioner of Higher Education, the amount is transferred to the beneficiary's bank account.
