The applicant should be an individual or a cultural group/organization/institution, registered or unregistered.

The applicant should have experience organizing cultural events/programmes/ exhibitions/festivals.

The applicant should not be a defaulter of the Directorate of Art & Culture for non-submission of utilization certificate or statement of accounts for any other grant received by the applicant.


NOTE: The Directorate of Art & Culture, may also suo-moto identify any institution/cultural group or individual person to organize any Cultural Event/Programme/Exhibitions/Festival/Camp/Workshop for the Department of Art & Culture.

Step 1: The interested applicant should visit the Directorate Of Art & Culture, Government of Goa, 5th Floor, Shram Shakti Bhavan, Panaji, Patto, Panaji, Goa - 403001

Step 2: Take a print of the proforma of the application form, or request a hard copy from the concerned authority.

Step 3: In the application form, fill in all the mandatory fields, paste the passport-sized photograph (signed across), and attach copies of all the mandatory documents (self-attest if required).

Bank Details (Only Nationalised or Scheduled Bank) With the Cancelled Cheque and Passbook Copy as Per the Name Proposed in the Application)
