🚀 Application Process

Offline

Advertisement is issued by the department to select the beneficiary. Thereafter, the application form can be obtained from the district offices of the state (District Minority Welfare Officer / District Social Welfare Officer).

Along with the application form, the applicant must attach the prescribed income certificate / BPL certificate, caste certificate, permanent residence certificate, Aadhaar card, bank account details, and a project report for the proposed scheme. The completed application form should then be submitted to the office of the District Minority Welfare Officer / District Social Welfare Officer of the concerned district.

Thereafter, an interview is conducted by a selection committee constituted under the chairmanship of the Chief Development Officer at the district level. The application forms of candidates who are successful in the interview are forwarded to the applicant’s bank for loan sanction.

After the bank sanctions the loan, the district office sends the application form to the corporation headquarters for the release of 25% of the grant amount upon completion of all formalities. The grant amount is made available to the district office after approval from the Managing Director at the Corporation Headquarters.

Thereafter, the district office, after receiving 15% of the beneficiary’s share, transfers 40% of the total amount to the concerned bank, after which the bank releases the loan to the applicant.
