Step 3 – Proposal Submission: Empaneled agencies submit detailed proposals including training program overview, location, curriculum, batch size, target beneficiaries, trainee contributions, and funding requested.

Step 4 – Proposal Review: SDC evaluates proposals for market-aligned, standardized curriculum. Certification from at least 5 industry partners is required for course development.

Step 5 – Final Approval: The Empowered Programme Committee (EPC) chaired by Secretary, Textiles, gives final approval. Funds are released only to the primary implementing agency; subcontracting is not allowed.
